The Niagara Girl
The inspiration for this painting came up when I saw to this real girl staring the falls at the beginning of the Spring. She was kindly exuberant sort of like a Fernando Botero's model. I had this idea of "tropicalizing" Canada with those brilliant colours of the Latin American culture.
